Information on Team Schedule

Team Schedule is an element of the high-performance team charter.
Schedule is relevant for teams that have a prescribed cycle or set dates for delivery. It is probably most important to project teams that have milestones and defined deliverables (see next section) due on certain dates. Having these important action or delivery dates publicly understood reduces conflicts and surprises that might otherwise arise.
