Information on Team Learning Plan (TLP)
The Team Learning Plan (TLP) is developed following a
thorough assessment of team skills and knowledge relative to its
current and prospective requirements. The Team Learning Plan governs
and subsumes Individual Learning Plans, and designates team learning and
development priorities and strategies. The Team Learning Plan highlights
that team member learning and development is a team responsibility,
not a private affair between individuals and their supervisor.
