Information on Team Performances Measures

Team Performances Measures is an element of the high-performance team charter.
For the purposes of the Team Charter, and the part chartering plays in team-building, it is helpful for team members to review and ensure they understand the critical measures against which their performance will be measured. All minute details are probably not necessary to include in the Charter, if they are recorded elsewhere. But the team does need to be continually aware of the main ones—the "showstoppers"; and the chartering activity provides a prime opportunity to review them. (Or, if they have not previously been articulated, to take the time out to do so.) You cannot really have high-performance without measures that enable you to demonstrate some desirable level of performance.
