Information on Generating Stands

"Generating Stands" is one of the nine dimensions of the high-performance team wheel.
     Ability and willingness to commit (take a stand) to a goal, value, or level of performance / achievement that is beyond "business as usual". There is always one or more core stand driving team behaviour. There is cause for worry if a team fails to make meaningful commitments or cannot/will not mobilise or organise to meet them. There is also a problem if other priorities and crises continually take precedence or intervene.
