Information on Learning Plans
Individual and team learning plans are developed upon review
/ definition of team roles and responsibilities and assessment of
the team’s ability to deliver against those roles and responsibilities.
This is usually a participative process and can be a
significant team-building activity in and of itself. The process also
contributes to the ability to develop training plans that actually
make sense vis a vis the team; that is, build
competency areas needed by the team as a group and
with respect to individual professional development.
