Managing time, or time management, is essential in our personal and working lives. Managing time allows us to manage time one of the most critical resources in the modern world. It seems that we are increasingly under pressure in both our private and professional lives to do more with what limited time we have available. We therefore need tools and techniques to assist in managing time, to be able to adjust our workloads to suit. In particular, managing time is required to ensure a good balance between our personal and professional lives, between our work and our play.
