Information on Upper Sideband Transmitter (Upper Sideband Transmitter)

A Upper Sideband Transmitter is a form of SSB transmitter (single sideband transmitter) that transmits only on the upper sideband. A Upper Sideband Transmitter usually operates by generating a DSB (double sideband) signal and using a filter to remove the lower sideband. The design of this filter often causes a Upper Sideband Transmitter to perform two separate frequency-shifting modulation operations.
