Information on ISB Transmitter (Independent Sideband Transmitter)

An ISB transmitter (independent sideband transmitter) is a form of DSB transmitter (double sideband transmitter) in which each sideband carries an independent baseband signal. An important advantage of an ISB transmitter is that it allows two channels to be transmitter simultaneously by a single piece of transmitter equipment.
